Ultimate Concerts Inc – Sweet Music or Out of Tune?

Published

on

According to some research, this group, headed by Napoleon Brewer, Ultimate Concerts, Inc has claimed to be coming to Shelby to offer a few thousand jobs to our area. If true, that would be absolutely wonderful. However, usually when things sound too good to be true, well they are just that. I reserve judgment on this one, but below, I have listed some information that is available to the general public by doing some basic research.

Mr. Brewer claims that Ultimate Concerts, Inc, is an Alaska-based corporation, yet, it cannot be found on the Alaska Sec. of State’s website. However, as you can see from the links posted here, there are a couple of Brewer’s corporations that are not all they appear to be, as suggested by Mr. Brewer himself.

All in all, I think someone with more resources could have sniffed this out as to whether it’s a legitimate deal coming to town or not. I would love to be wrong about this. God knows we need the jobs.

[Ed. note: 40 hours per week @ $13.00 = $520 per week gross wages. Multiply that X 52 weeks and it equals $27,040 gross yearly wages. Now, let’s plug in the 2835 employees, who earn a gross wage of $27,040 X 52 weeks and the company has produced $76,658,400 of gross income for our area. Not a bad deal if it’s all true.]
