The desperation of scoffers
As the political climate has come into a season of its own, we witness a multitude of those who are demanding democracy but refusing to abide by it. They ignore the will of the people that the process legally allows the people to be partakers within the system. Remember the, “of the people, for the people, by the people” statement by Lincoln? They, not so much!
Many people are getting out of sorts and fighting mad about the way the Democrats are handling their selections for president and vice president. The people have been completely ignored, except for the begging of their campaign money and attending their rallies.
These politicians and their followers are modern-day scoffers, whining, moaning, and groaning about everything around them, and then in a matter of minutes, reverse themselves, and complain about the total opposite of what once was favorable.
We see these so-called elites making plans for what they desire and want for themselves, rather than what the people would desire from them. These elites scoff at their followers and their enemies. Many of them don’t have a clue as to what they’re scoffing at or why. They’re just following the lead of another lost sheep.
All this makes the people upset and angry. Some feel hopeless. I can understand that. However, all these events and actions that are coming together today, were predicted/prophesied many years ago. There should be no surprise to those who believe in the Bible. The Bible is way ahead of the news curve, and it does not claim to be non-partisan. The Bible is a roadmap for believers and a procedures manual for those who don’t believe.
While these hellbent on democracy politiholics gather, and promise to lead the country back to the land of milk and honey, instead are pushing us into the wilderness of stagnated water and moldy government cheese. And they do not care. They are scoffers.
Yes, there are and will continue to be dark times ahead. Things will get tougher. People will become more calloused and mean. There will be more distrust and more violence. Why? Because it has been written!
It’s time to know the truth. Honestly, you will know the truth when you hear it. There is no doubt about that. But the truth is conditional. The truth must be believed and the speaker of the truth must be believed because there is no other to be trusted.
Yes, it’s spiritual. And it’s Biblical. And it is coming to pass, whether we believe it or not.
The choice is ours.
