In Black and White
As the weekend came easing to a halt, our cheating, soon-to-be-dethroned President spent the last hours of his reign providing gifts to countless friends, and even a relative. Of course, some of these pardons were possibly deserved, while many were not. It was written that well over one hundred pardons were prepared by President Clinton.in his last few hours as President. As if that weren’t enough, he continued with his addresses, speeches, and conferences, as he tried to take the limelight away for the last time, before leaving D.C. as a President with a bent legacy!
We also were treated to the news of Independent Counsel Robert Ray, that he and Clinton had worked out a deal, in which Clinton would surrender his law license for five years. Wow, big deal. Now we find that this deal has been in the making for a year or so, rendering Clinton’s “admission to wrong-doing” moot. As usual, it was all a song and dance, a nifty little piece of work from the liberal left, the party of compassion. Both Clintons took swipes at the incoming administration they were leaving town, but considering the source, I paid it no mind, as I would gladly watch them leave town.
I supposed the thing that made Clinton such a great leader was that he surrounded himself with capable, reputable people, with no integrity! People such as Paul Begala, Hillary, Janet Reno, Al Gore, Little Dickie Gepheart, and the pimps of the left-wing press. And of course, always under the wise counsel of The Rev. Jesse Jackson. You know what they say about birds of a feather. I find it highly amusing that Rev. Jackson and his girlfriend would be the ones to minister to Clinton regarding his adultery. How poetic. Or was Jackson there to enhance Bill in how it’s accomplished? So fitting for the Rev. Jackson to be ministering to the First Black President regarding immoral sexual matters.
Now, we see that Jesse had to admit to having a love child as things began to catch up to him. He found it convenient to give himself a little suspension, like a little pinch on the cheek, as many athletes get when failing to comply with team rules, except that Jesse has no one to hold him accountable, or so he thinks. This puts him in the same class as Gore. No controlling legal authority, right? We’ve seen the Rev. Jackson trotting from town to town, following the lights of the cameras so that he could minister to those who had been wronged, to those who had received unfair treatment from us hateful right-wingers. Seems like we are the reason Gore lost the election. We kept those pitiful, illiterate folks from figuring out who to vote for. So, Jesse has rehabilitated himself over a few days, and now he’s back in the saddle, ready to shake down America once again.
Hopefully, with a new Commander at the helm, Jesse will have a little more trouble accomplishing his racist goals. Also, maybe corporate America will become wiser to Jesse’s greed. After all, how did he manage to have this woman, the mother of his love child, to be propped up in such a high-dollar home? How would you feel if you placed your trust in a man who rides around in limos, and lives like a king, puts his lady-in-waiting up in a nice crib, while he tells his “people” that we shall overcome? How Jesse? Do you suggest that your people find themselves a rich fellow with no scruples, sleep with him, have his baby, and then shake him down? How does it feel, Rev? What goes around, comes around…always in black and white!
