Fleecing the Flock Part 1

Published

on

Webster defines “fleece”, in one instance as “to rob or cheat heartlessly.” What better definition may we offer as to the events in our country, and events by our country happening outside this country? Yes, America is being fleeced in a big way. Not only monetarily, but morally, spiritually, and economically. It is only proper that the people who follow this administration as though they were following the Pied Piper are referred to as “sheeple”. Having read a book a few years ago by Phillip W. Keller, entitled “A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23”, it is evident why the Bible refers to God’s people as sheep. Some so many traits and characteristics parallel the two.

First of all, let us consider for a moment (I shudder at this thought)that Bill Clinton is the political shepherd of the USA. He is supposed to lead us and to keep us safe, to be our provider, to help nurture the people, and to make all decisions in the best interests of his sheeple. Now, this thought is revolting enough, but humor yourself to indulge more of these thoughts. You see, biblically the shepherd is to watch over his flock, the same as a President would watch over his sheeple. He is responsible for the welfare of the flock! The difference that comes to mind between a real shepherd and Bill Clinton is that a shepherd owns his flock, whereas Bill Clinton only thinks and acts as if he owns the sheeple. A shepherd will never put his flock in harm’s way, whereas our “good political shepherd” keeps the sheeple in constant danger.

Another thing that our political shepherd has is advanced intelligence from the United Nations, in wanting to take charge of the education of the children of our nation. But what so many of the sheeple fail to see is that this education is nothing less than old-fashioned brain-washing, so that the children will turn against their parents in favor of the government. We have seen EOs that have been signed and created that allow our schools to snoop for dirt on the parents. The children can “write secret notes” to teachers about things that go on in the home. Teachers and staff members can strip a child and examine genitals, and for what reason, I could not tell you. Our good political shepherd has this country, to quote Merle Haggard, “rolling downhill like a snowball headed for hell.” Each passing day brings the sheeple closer to extinction than any time in modern history. More and more changes in our rights and our freedoms.

You see, real shepherds lead their flock to still waters. To peaceful surroundings…to places that quiet them and assure them safety. Believe it or not, real sheep are aware of this. As opposed to our good political shepherd, who leads the sheeple on a path of destruction, to polluted waters, and cannot assure us of any safety, anytime, anywhere. Real shepherds always know what is best for their flock. They spend much time searching for the perfect grazing areas for their sheep, and once found, they will work the ground and cultivate it so that it will be the very best for the sheep. They work constantly because their flock is their investment. Our good political shepherd is our investment, because he knows not the meaning of the word…at least to his sheeple. His main investment is in “self”…and self only! Why does he constantly raise money and seek donors so often? Is this for the sheeple? Have you seen any returns on these investments? Well?

You can be sure that if Bill Clinton, our good political shepherd, were of good conscience, not only would the economy be good, but our state of being regarding peace and prosperity would be good. Our state of mind would be good. Our sense of worth would be good. Our pride in the good old USA would be good. But, with our good political shepherd, we know that we are walking through the valley of death, and we have to fear the Chinese, the Russians, the people of Iraq, and now, with how the USA is leaning towards Israel, we have to fear the “real good shepherd” Himself. Whether you are a believer or not doesn’t change the fact that we, as sheeple are being led to a tormenting state. We cannot say about Bill Clinton that “he restoreth my soul..he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness”. No, he is not that good a shepherd…even politically.

I think it is time that the good sheeple of America wake up and smell the grass, because our good political shepherd has a staff in each hand, and at any given moment, it could be around the neck of a sheeple near you…or even it could be you. And what do you think happens next? Will it be “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me”? I think not! We need a change in shepherds, folks. I can’t afford this one. Can you?
