Al Sharpton: Trashy Art Connoisseur
Well, well, well. Just when I thought I had heard it all, along comes the Rev. Al Sharpton with his knowledge and wisdom of trashy art. You could combine the righteousness of Sharpton and the Rev. Jackson, and you wouldn’t even come up with a minute verse of scripture. These two are no more than impostures when it comes to being “men of the cloth”. They are more like “men of the sack”, or men of the wallet, especially Jesse! As I’ve stated in several other columns before, if there’s anything I hate worse than political corruption, it is spiritual corruption. I’m talking about the trashy art in New York called “Yo Mama’s Last Supper”. Depicted as art by the ignorant masses, and touted by the Rev. Sharpton, this is another big farce from the idiots who support this crap! Sharpton was quoted, “If Jesus were here today, he would not be worried about art pieces at the Brooklyn Museum,” he said. “He’d be worried about children going to school and not learning . . . and the homeless that can’t find shelter.” Not learning what, Al? That people like you are rip-off artists? Not learning the truth behind your many heists? Come on Al, get real. You are no more a preacher than Charlie Manson, with no disrespect to Manson. The Bible says that “Jesus went about doing good.” How about you, Al? Can you say, Tawana Bradley? Jesus was not a shakedown artist. Al Sharpton is!
I beg to differ, your Smutness, but I believe that Jesus would be more concerned about two-bit racists posing as ministers endorsing garbage. I think Jesus would probably do the same thing as when he walked into the temple and discovered the money changers in there. I think he would walk into the art museum and start trashing tables. And then I think he would sit down, take a little twig, and begin to write things in the sand, such as he did when he sent the woman away to sin no more, who had committed adultery. I think that he would write down the names of Sharpton and Jackson in the sand, and tell the crowd, “These are not my people. Them, I know not”. How in the world people can swallow some of the fallacies spouted by the good Rev. is beyond me. After all, this is the same man who boasted that during the Christmas season, along with Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, and the Rev. Jackson, we were celebrating the birthday of a homeless baby. I say to all of them, go back and read the original story, from the original book. Then, come back and make an intelligent statement, if that’s not too much to ask.
With the likes of Jackson and Sharpton, they are trying to change the face of Christianity, and it appears that they know nothing about it. I mean, when Jackson was exposed to be the father of a baby daughter, via an affair with a co-worker, he was going to take some time off and seek healing and restoration. Yet, he pulled a Jesus-like recovery, and whammo, he arose in three days. Let me assure you that I do not even begin to compare Jesse with Jesus. Just an observation here on my part. I think it is time for the mainstream media to ask the tough questions dig beneath the surface and find out where these guys get their “hush money”. It cannot be as innocent as they make it. If it were you or me, we would be harassed by many different areas of the government. I say enough is enough.
So Al, give up your so-called ministry and become a full-time art consultant. Between that and being a manure salesman, you should do very well!
